Morning Prep
Our day starts early, as our staff member, Sarah, arrives at the casino around 8am to begin her shift. As a slot attendant, her primary responsibility is to ensure that the slot machines are running smoothly and that players have a positive experience.
"Before the doors open, we do a thorough check of all the slots," Sarah explains. "We make sure they’re working properly, that there’s enough cash in the machines, and that the screens are clean."
As she walks through the rows of slots, she checks each machine to see if it needs to be restocked or if any players have accumulated points on their loyalty cards.
The Rush of the Morning
